What is the 'Pre-Order Season'

every year, we open up our store for pre-orders. Because many of our handcrafted items are produced in small numbers, our regular customers appreciate the opportunity to pre-purchase early and secure 'the pick of the bunch'.

 

How does it work?

Our full Christmas Range is available online now. Simply choose your favourite items and checkout. It's that simple!

We reserve those items for you and ship them in early October when our artisans ship our full range to us at Christmas HQ here in Sydney

 

Should I just wait until October?

Sure, waiting is always an option. We recommend pre-ordering though as many of our premium and most popular items will sell out during the pre-order season. If you are looking for the most choice and the very best items, we recommend shopping now.

What if I change my mind?

No Problem! Simply let us know via email hello@GermanChristmasShop.com.au if you want to cancel your order before it ships and we will immediately cancel and issue a full refund.
