The tradition of the Christmas pickle is not old, nor is it German. We don;t care though because it is just plain fun! So how do you play?

On Christmas eve, the Christmas pickle is hidden inside a Christmas tree. The mission is to find the green pickle inside the green tree....

The finder must then sing a Christmas song to receive candy, chocolate, or a small gift. It is a lot of fun to be had on Christmas eve!
